Partner Disclosures
Last updated: 10 September 2026
PlusPoint leads research, valuation, modelling, structuring advice and principal investment. Certain regulated activities are always performed by an appropriately licensed partner, not PlusPoint.
Activities PlusPoint does not perform directly
Securities placement, underwriting and brokerage.
Regulated financial-product advice or intermediation.
Public-market execution.
Third-party discretionary fund management, pooled retail products, or custody of client money or assets.
How a licensed partner is engaged
Where a mandate requires one of the activities above, PlusPoint identifies and names the licensed partner responsible for it before that stage of work begins, and the roles, fees and responsibilities involved are documented and disclosed to the client.
Named partner disclosures
Specific, named partner-firm disclosures for active mandates are provided directly to the relevant client in writing, rather than published generally on this page, and are confirmed by South African legal/compliance counsel as part of each mandate's onboarding.
Placeholder pending South African legal/compliance review — confirm exact regulatory wording before launch.
